Before Tile Installation
Before your tile installation, a member of our team will have walked you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have. On installation day itself, we ask that you remove any furniture from the room(s) where the installation is set to take place. We also ask that you ensure that pets and children are nowhere near where the installation will take place, for their safety and ours. Once we've answered all of your questions and you are comfortable with the process, we'll launch into your tile installation.
During & After Tile Installation
While we cannot say with absolute certainty how long your tile installation will take, trust our team to get the job down as quickly and safely as possible. A general timeline should be provided to you at the onset of the installation. When the tile installation is finished, we recommend staying off your floors for at least 24 hours to allow them to settle. During this period, it is recommended that you open the windows and run a fan to help remove any installation-related smells. From there, you're free to enjoy your new tile floors.
