Before Your Carpet Installation
Prior to your carpet installation, a member of our crew will have walked you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have and giving you a general timeline of what to expect and when to expect it. On installation day itself, we ask that you remove any furniture from the room(s) where the installation is set to take place. We also ask that you ensure that pets and children are nowhere near where the carpet installation will take place, for their safety and ours. Once that has occurred, we will begin the installation process.
During & After Carpet Installation
While we cannot say with absolute certainty how long your carpet installation will take, trust that our team will be doing everything in their power to ensure that the job is done well. Though we will try our best to stay within the timeline given at the onset of the installation. When the carpet installation is finished, we recommend staying off your floors for at least 24 hours to allow them to settle. During this period, we also suggest opening windows and running a fan to help remove any installation-related smells. From there, you're free to enjoy your new carpet flooring!
